개인정보 처리방침

해외에 설립된 1% TRADING PRO 운영사(이하 "회사", "당사")는 1% TRADING PRO 서비스(이하 "서비스") 이용 시 귀하의 개인정보를 수집, 저장, 사용, 공유 및/또는 보호하는 방법과 이유, 그리고 관련 불만 사항을 신속하고 원만하게 해결하기 위한 다음과 같은 개인정보 처리방침을 수립합니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목

당사는 서비스 이용 중 다음 개인정보를 수집 및 처리합니다. 만 16세 미만의 미성년자의 개인정보는 처리하지 않습니다.

(a) 회원 가입 시(필수): 이메일 주소 및 비밀번호
(b) 파트너 거래소 UID 연결 시(필수): 거래소 이름, UID, 선물 거래 내역(날짜, 거래량)
(c) 페이백 서비스 이용 시(필수): 거래소명, UID, 선물 거래 내역(날짜, 거래량)
(d) 자동 수집 정보: IP 주소, 브라우저 종류, 사용 언어, 이용 내역(방문 기록, 페이백/수수료 적립·신청·출금 내역), 기기 정보, 쿠키
(e) 설문/피드백 시: 상기 필수 항목 및 해당 설문에 필요한 기타 항목

2. 개인정보 처리 및 보존 기간

당사는 서비스 탈퇴 또는 자격 상실 시 지체 없이 개인정보를 삭제·파기합니다. 단, 다음의 경우 예외적으로 보존합니다.

(a) 관련 법규 위반 조사 진행 중인 경우, 조사 완료 시까지
(b) 미지급 채무가 있는 경우, 변제 완료 시까지
(c) 재구독 방지를 위해 서비스 종료 시까지 이메일 주소 보관
(d) 페이백/커미션 내역은 5년간 보관 (UID 등 식별정보는 마스킹 처리)
(e) 관련 법률에서 보존 기간을 명시한 경우 해당 법률에 따름

3. 개인정보 이용 목적

(a) 회원 관리: 가입 확인, 자격 유지, 무단 이용 방지, 공지 제공
(b) 사기·자금 손실 예방: 서비스 오용 감지, 계정 보호
(c) 서비스 제공: 서비스 운영 및 제공
(d) 커뮤니케이션: 보안 문제, 업데이트, 거래 관련 정보 안내
(e) 고객 지원: 문의·분쟁 해결
(f) 보안: 접근 확인, 스팸 대응, 보안 법규 준수
(g) 서비스 개선: 콘텐츠 맞춤화, 추가 기능 개발
(h) 마케팅: 활동 안내, 프로모션 제공 (이메일·문자)

4. 제3자 제공

당사는 사용자 동의가 있거나 관련 법규에서 허용하는 경우를 제외하고 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.

5. 수집 목적 범위 내 이용 및 제공

회사는 최초 수집 목적과 합리적으로 관련된 범위 내에서 다음 기준을 고려하여 동의 없이 이용하거나 제3자에게 제공할 수 있습니다.

(b) 사용자는 쿠키 설치를 거부할 수 있으나, 일부 서비스 이용에 제한이 있을 수 있습니다.

7. 개인정보 파기

(a) 보유 기간 만료 또는 목적 달성 시 지체 없이 파기합니다.

(b) 전자 파일은 복제 불가능한 기술적 방법으로, 종이 문서는 파쇄 또는 소각하여 파기합니다.

8. 보호 조치

(a) 관리적 조치: 내부 관리 계획, 직원 교육
(b) 기술적 조치: 해킹 방지, 암호화, 접근 권한 관리, 접근 기록 보관
(c) 물리적 조치: 서버실·데이터 저장실 접근 통제

9. 이용자 권리

(a) 개인정보 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 중지를 청구할 수 있습니다.
(b) 법정대리인 또는 위임인을 통해 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.
(c) 제10조 담당 부서로 이메일을 보내 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.
(d) 동의 철회 시 서비스 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.

11. EU 이용자 추가 조항

The operator of 1% TRADING PRO, incorporated overseas (hereinafter "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), establishes the following Privacy Policy to explain how and why we collect, store, use, share, and/or protect your personal information when you use the 1% TRADING PRO service (hereinafter "Service").

1. Information We Collect

We collect and process the following personal information during your use of the Service. We do not process personal information of minors under 16 years of age.

(a) Registration (Required): Email address and password
(b) Exchange UID Linking (Required): Exchange name, UID, futures trading history (date, volume)
(c) Reward Service (Required): Exchange name, UID, futures trading history (date, volume)
(d) Automatically Collected: IP address, browser type, language, usage records (visit logs, reward/fee accumulation, withdrawal history), device information, cookies
(e) Surveys/Feedback: Required items above and additional items necessary for the survey or feedback

2. Retention Period

We delete and destroy your personal information without delay upon withdrawal or loss of user status. Exceptions:

(a) Under investigation for regulatory violations: retained until investigation is completed
(b) Outstanding debts: retained until settlement
(c) Email address retained until service termination to prevent duplicate registration
(d) Reward/commission records retained for 5 years (identifiable information masked)
(e) As required by applicable law

3. Purpose of Use

(a) Member Management: Registration verification, qualification maintenance, unauthorized use prevention, notifications
(b) Fraud Prevention: Detecting and preventing service misuse, protecting accounts
(c) Service Provision: Operating and providing the Service
(d) Communication: Security issues, updates, and transaction-related information
(e) Customer Support: Resolving inquiries and disputes
(f) Security: Access verification, anti-spam, regulatory compliance
(g) Service Improvement: Content customization, feature development
(h) Marketing: Promotional communications via email or text message

4. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not provide personal information to third parties except with user consent or as permitted by applicable law.

5. Use Within Scope of Collection Purpose

We may use or provide personal information without consent within a scope reasonably related to the original collection purpose, considering:

(a) Relevance to the original purpose
(b) Predictability of additional use or provision
(c) Whether it unfairly infringes user interests
(d) Whether appropriate safeguards such as pseudonymization or encryption have been applied

6. Cookies

(a) We collect access frequency, visit times, and usage patterns via cookies for service improvement, personalized services, and advertising.

(b) Users may refuse cookie installation, but some services may be limited.

7. Destruction of Personal Information

(a) We destroy personal information without delay when the retention period expires or the purpose of processing is achieved.

(b) Electronic files are destroyed using non-reproducible technical methods. Paper documents are shredded or incinerated.

(b) Technical: Anti-hacking, encryption, access control, access log management
(c) Physical: Access control for server rooms and data storage facilities

9. User Rights

(a) You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of your personal information at any time.
(b) You may exercise these rights through a legal representative or authorized agent.
(c) Contact the department specified in Article 10 via email to exercise your rights.
(d) Withdrawal of consent may restrict your use of the Service.

11. Additional Provisions for EU Users

(a) This article applies only to EU residents and takes precedence over the rest of this Policy where applicable.

12. Amendments
